Do you have to live in Exeter Township to be a member of Crestwood?
No. You can live anywhere in the area and be a pool member.

Can I join as a single using a family stock or initiation fee?
Yes. Your stock or initiation fee will remain at full value even if only one person is on the membership.

What is the clean-up fee?
A refundable $50 fee that you can get back if you help us get ready for the season for at least 3 hours at one of our many pre-season clean-ups.

As a new member do I have to pay the clean-up fee or late fee?
No. Both the clean-up fee and late fee are waived for all new members.

Do I have to include the $50 clean-up fee if I plan on attending a clean-up?
Yes. We will issue you a $50 refund check that you will receive when you pick your cards up for the first time of the season.

What is the late fee?
For returning members that do not mail in their invoice and payment postmarked by May 1.

What if I lose my membership cards?
Stop by the office and we will make you new ones for $2 a card.

When will I get my membership cards?
On your first visit to the pool you pick your cards up in the office.

If I have a change in address or in membership can I write it on the invoice or do I have to contact someone?
Make any changes/additions on your invoice.  We will make the changes immediately.

Can I bring my invoice directly to the pool if I forget to mail it?
If the pool has opened for the season, yes.  We have all cards in the office, even if you haven't paid yet. Just bring your invoice directly to the office.

What if I lose my invoice?
Print out a new one from this site or pick one up in the office and fill out all your information, as we need an invoice from you each year.
