Prospective members

Available memberships for the 2013 season have been filling up fast. Please check with the office staff by phone, or e-mail membership@crestwoodpool.com to inquire about new membership availability.


Existing members

Crestwood Pool welcomes their members to bring guests in for the day. Guest passes may be purchased in advance for $7 each and are valid for two consecutive seasons. Guests arriving without a pass will be charged $10 for the day and $7 if arriving after 4pm. Guests that are 3 years old or younger are free.

Have you referred a new member to Crestwood Pool?  If you have, you deserve a referral bonus of 4 guest passes!  Make sure the new member mentions your name when they sign up.


Interested in joining?

We offer memberships to individuals as well as entire families.  To become a member you must own valid Crestwood stock or pay an initiation fee.  For a list of stockholders willing to sell their stock call the pool office or contact membership@crestwoodpool.com.

New members do not pay the clean-up fee or the late fee their first year.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q:    Do you have to live in Exeter Township to be a member of Crestwood? 
A:    No. You can live anywhere in the area and be a pool member.

Q:    Can I join as a single using a family stock or initiation fee?
A:    Yes. Your stock or initiation fee will remain at full value even if only one person is on the membership.

Q:    What is the clean-up fee?
A:    A refundable $50 fee that you can get back if you help us get ready for the season for at least 3 hours at one of our many pre-season clean-ups.

Q:    What is the late fee?
A:    For returning members that do not mail in their invoice and payment postmarked by May 1.

Q:    As a new member do I have to pay the clean-up fee or late fee?
A:    No. Both the clean-up fee and late fee are waived for all new members.

Q:    What if I lose my membership cards?
A:    Stop by the office and we will make you new ones for $2 a card.

Q:    When will I get my membership cards?
A:    On your first visit to the pool you pick your cards up in the office.

Q:    If I have a change in address or in membership can I write it on the invoice or do I have to contact someone?
A:    Make any changes/additions on your invoice.  We will make the changes immediately.

Q:    Can I bring my invoice directly to the pool if I forget to mail it?
A:    If the pool has opened for the season, yes.  We have all cards in the office, even if you haven't paid yet. Just bring your invoice directly to the office.

Q:   What do I do if I lose my invoice?
A:    Print out a new one from this site or pick one up in the office and fill out all your information, as we need an 
invoice from you each year.


Q:    Do I have to include the $50 clean up fee if I plan on attending a clean up?
A:    Yes. We will issue you a $50 refund check that you will receive when you pick your cards up for the first 
time of the season.
