Early Closing Policy | Board Meetings

Kids' Craft Day
Fun crafts are available for children ages 4 to 12 years old. Craft days are every Wednesday from 3pm - 4pm at the pavilion. Each week a different craft is made. Cost to participate is $1 per child. The number of crafts are limited each week, so availability is first come/first serve. All children must be accompanied by an adult to participate.

Lap Swimming
Two lanes are roped off exclusively for lap swimming from 6:30pm - 8pm every Tuesday and Thursday.

Camping Nights
Usually on either a Friday or Saturday night, we plan a camping (sleepover) night which usually lasts until 8AM the next morning. Camp sites cost $5 each and each tent with a minor must be accompanied by an adult. Participants are expected to bring their own tent. Breakfast is served the next morning.

Moonlight Swims
Usually on either a Friday or Saturday night when the weather is nice, we will plan moonlight swims where the pool stays open until 10pm. Moonlight swims are free to all members and guests of members pay only $3 after 8pm.

Early Closing Policy

Management reserves the right if any of the following conditions are present:

When there is inclement weather such as:
- Temperatures below 65 degrees Fahrenheit
- Sustained rainfall
- Lightning/thunder for 30 minutes or more
Low attendance
Any scheduled event that requires the pool to be closed such as a swim or dive meet.
Any other situation where the closing of the pool is necessary or planned due to maintain the safety and security of our members

In the event that the pool unexpectedly closes, any guests of members who have stayed less than two hours that day will be refunded in the form of a guest pass that is valid for any other day of the summer season.

Board Meetings

All members are welcome to attend board meetings. Summer board meetings are held at the pool. Off-season board meetings are held at Exeter Senior High School. Meetings begin at 7pm. If you plan to attend a meeting during the summer sessions and the weather is questionable, please call the pool for the alternate meeting location.
